Paul J. Marino III is the Vice President and Co-Owner of Automotive Performance Consulting Inc. (APC), bringing over 16 years of hands-on experience in the automotive retail industry.
As a second-generation automotive professional, PJ co-founded APC alongside his father with a clear mission: to deliver a boutique-style consulting experience that helps Automotive, Powersports, and RV dealerships maximize F&I performance and overall profitability.
PJ’s background combines real-world dealership experience with extensive training expertise, including:
Over 6 years as an Automotive Financial Manager
More than 8 years as a dedicated Automotive Finance Trainer.
Today, he leads APC’s training division, working directly with dealership teams to implement strategies that drive measurable improvements in performance.
He is known for a hands-on, boots-on-the-ground approach — working on-site with dealers to:

Improve product penetration
Strengthen F&I processes
